Sargasso Serenade was written in Denver in the 90s. I remember playing it in Jon Pinnow's hi-rise condo on Ogden, maybe that's where I wrote it. This was the first song I tried to record on my own in my current home DAW set-up.

Gum Commercial was recorded in Beloit a few years ago, direct to my cellphone. I later added bass overdubs. Steve honked his horn into his computer's mic in Jefferson City, Mo.

Porter then salvaged these poorly recorded traxx at Port Recording TX, et voilà.
